According to Heraldo de México, the events took place on Monday, April 6, on the El Santuario–Granada road.
The child was traveling with his mother on a bus operated by Flota Granada.
During the trip, the child leaned his head out of the vehicle’s window.

At that moment, a bus from the company Coonorte traveling in the opposite direction struck him.

He was later transferred to Clínica Somer.
